Tekanan Dan Prestasi Kerja Semasa Pandemik Covid 19: Satu Kajian Kes Di Politeknik Malaysia

Abstract

Kajian ini dijalankan bagi mengenalpasti tahap tekanan dengan prestasi kerja dalam kalangan pendidik di Politeknik Malaysia semasa pandemik Covid 19.  Skop kajian melibatkan 196 orang responden pensyarah daripada pelbagai jabatan daripada beberapa Politeknik di Malaysia.  Kajian adalah berbentuk kuantitatif di mana data diperolehi melalui pengedaran borang soal selidik kepada responden dan dianalisis menggunakan perisian SPSS 19.0. Data di analisis menggunakan peratusan, skor min, ujian t, dan korelasi pearson.  Hasil dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa tahap tekanan di kalangan tenaga pengajar Politeknik berada di tahap sederhana dengan nilai skor min 2.64 manakala tahap prestasi kalangan tenaga pengajar pula hanya pada tahap tinggi dengan nilai skor min 3.96.  Ujian T menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan tahap tekanan mengikut jantina (lelaki/perempuan) dengan nilai p > 0.05.  Korelasi Pearson pula menunjukkan terdapat hubungan negatif yang rendah terhadap tekanan dan prestasi kerja.
