Kesan Pengantaraan Pemerkasaan Psikologi Terhadap Perkongsian Pengetahuan dan Tingkah Laku Inovatif Pekerja

Abstract

Inovasi adalah salah satu agenda nasional dalam memastikan sistem penyampaian perkhidmatan awam yang efektif dan efisien. Oleh itu, perkhidmatan awam perlu sentiasa mempunyai tingkah laku inovatif dalam menyediakan perkhidmatan yang terbaik dan berkualiti kepada orang awam dan pemegang taruh bagi menjamin kemampanan organisasi. Pemerkasaan psikologi pekerja yang tinggi dan perkongsian pengetahuan yang berkesan antara individu akan menjadikan seseorang individu itu lebih berinovatif. Walaupun, terdapat kajian lepas berkaitan perkongsian pengetahuan, pemerkasaan psikologi dan tingkah laku inovatif pekerja, namun masih kurang kajian dalam konteks perkhidmatan awam. Sehubungan itu, kajian ini bertujuan untuk mencadangkan kerangka teori untuk mengkaji kesan pengantaraan pemerkasaan psikologi terhadap hubungan perkongsian pengetahuan dan tingkah laku inovatif di kalangan perkhidmatan awam di Malaysia.
