Pembolehubah Yang Memberi Kesan Kepada Keberkesanan Latihan

Abstract

Kejayaan sesebuah organisasi adalah bergantung kepada keupayaaan sumber manusia dari aspek pengetahuan, kemahiran dan sikap yang diperolehi dengan menjalani latihan. Bagi tujuan tersebut, sesebuah organisasi itu sanggup untuk membelanjakan sejumlah wang yang besar bagi memenuhi keperluan latihan. Berdasarkan kepada literatur mendapati banyak kajian-kajian sedia ada adalah tertumpu kepada keberkesanan sesuatu latihan dan kurang memberi tumpuan kepada pembolehubah yang boleh memberi kesan kepada keberkesanan sesuatu latihan. Sedangkan pembolehubah seperti peserta, pengendali latihan dan juga organisasi turut berupaya untuk menentukan keberkesanan sesuatu latihan. Oleh itu penulisan artikel ini yang bersumberkan dari beberapa penulisan yang berkaitan, menjelaskan bahawa pengendali latihan perlu melaksanakan Analisis Keperluan Latihan (TNA) dengan mengambil kira pembolehubah sokongan peserta, pengendali latihan dan juga organisasi sebelum melaksanakan sesuatu latihan. Pembolehubah peserta dijelaskan menerusi kriteria intrinsik dan extrinsik peserta. Seterusnya, pembolehubah pengendali latihan menyentuh berkaitan dengan kandungan program dan juga tenaga pengajar. Manakala pembolehubah organisasi meliputi kepada sokongan pengurusan seperti ganjaran, kemudahan, sokongan dan penglibatan majikan. Kesimpulannya, ketiga-tiga pembolehubah ini mempunyai perkaitan antara satu sama lain dan jika diselaraskan dengan baik ia berupaya menentukan keberkesanan latihan yang seterusnya memberi faedah kepada organisasi.
