Komuniti Pembelajaran Profesional (PLC) dalam Pembangunan Profesionalisme Keguruan: Satu Tinjauan Literatur
Abstract
Komuniti pembelajaran professional atau lebih dikenali sebagai professional learning community (PLC) merupakan amalan atau budaya yang dipraktikkan dalam kalangan guru di sekolah bertujuan untuk menambahbaik kaedah pembelajaran serta tahap prestasi murid. Kertas konsep ini dibuat bagi meneliti serta membincangkan keperluan bagi membangunkan profesionalisme keguruan khususnya melalui pembudayaan PLC di sekolah menerusi amalan kolaboratif. Terdapat pelbagai pandangan serta pendapat daripada pengkaji-pengkaji lepas berkaitan komuniti pembelajaran profesional dalam memastikan pembangunan guru secara profesional dapat dilaksanakan secara berterusan. Hasil daripada tinjauan literatur yang dibuat, dapat disimpulkan bahawa terdapat pelbagai kebaikan dalam pembudayaan PLC di sekolah khususnya dalam meningkatkan kompetensi seorang guru di samping menjamin kemenjadian murid. Dapatan daripada kertas konsep ini diharapkan dapat memberikan impak yang positif kepada guru untuk menjadi lebih berkualiti pada masa akan datang. Kesimpulannya, pelaksanaan PLC di sekolah mampu untuk membangunkan profesionalisme keguruan selaras dengan Pelan Pembangunan Profesionalisme Keguruan (PIPPK).
