Kesahan dan Kebolehpercayaan Soal Selidik Minat Terhadap Aktiviti Fizikal dalam Kalangan Murid Berumur 11 Tahun

Abstract

Pelibatan dalam aktiviti fizikal secara tidak aktif dilihat sebagai penyumbang kepada peningkatan statistik berlebihan berat badan dan obesiti yang tinggi dalam kalangan kanak-kanak. Tinjauan yang dilakukan mendapati 39% golongan yang tidak aktif di Malaysia adalah golongan murid. Peningkatan dalam pelibatan aktiviti fizikal dan tahap kecergasan fizikal dalam kalangan kanak-kanak merupakan salah satu matlamat utama dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani. Tahap pelibatan aktiviti fizikal murid perlulah diukur terlebih dahulu untuk merancang dan membina program yang bersesuaian. Tahap pelibatan dalam aktiviti fizikal berhubung rapat dengan minat melakukan aktiviti fizikal. Oleh itu, kajian ini bertujuan untuk membina soal selidik minat terhadap aktiviti fizikal dengan mengubah suai soal selidik sedia ada supaya bersesuaian dengan murid tahun lima berumur 11 tahun di daerah Bera. Soal selidik yang dibina mengandungi 42 item meliputi lima konstruk.  Kesahan pakar bahasa (r=.96) dan pakar kandungan (r=.90) yang diperolehi menunjukkan soal selidik ini mempunyai kesahan yang tinggi dan boleh digunapakai. Kesahan item dan kebolehpercayaan soal selidik dianalisis menggunakan analisis faktor penerokaan dan pekali kebolehpercayaan Cronbach Alpha. Seramai 300 orang murid lelaki dan perempuan berumur 11 tahun terlibat dalam kajian ini. Dapatan menunjukkan, muatan faktor bagi setiap item berada dalam julat .511 hingga .801, manakala keputusan kebolehpercayaan adalah α=.97. Hasil dapatan ini menunjukkan soal selidik minat terhadap aktiviti fizikal ini sesuai digunakan sebagai instrumen dalam kajian sebenar ke atas sampel umur yang sama.
