Kompetensi Guru Matematik Dalam Penggunaan Teknologi Untuk Peningkatan Kefahaman Matematik

Abstract

Pendidikan matematik telah melihat peningkatan penggunaan teknologi dalam proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Penggabungan teknologi dalam pendidikan matematik bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelajar melalui visualisasi konsep matematik. Namun, untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi secara efektif, guru juga perlu memiliki kompetensi dalam penggunaan teknologi. Pengetahuan Teknologi Pedagogi Kandungan (PTPK) teori yang menjelaskan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperlukan oleh guru untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pengajaran matematik dengan efektif.  Walaupun penggunaan teknologi memberi faedah yang lebih dalam proses pengajaran dan pemudahcaraan (PdPc), guru-guru memainkan peranan yang amat penting dalam mengaplikasikan teknologi secara berkesan di dalam bilik darjah.  Maka, tidak dapat dinafikan bahawa mereka mesti memiliki kecekapan tertentu dapat melaksanakan rancangan pengajaran berasaskan teknologi yang berkesan. Kertas kerja ini secara ringkasnya akan membincangkan kesediaan guru, kompetensi guru, starategik, implikasi dan cabaran dalam menerapkan kemahiran pengunaan teknologi dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran bagi mata pelajaran matematik.
