Keberkesanan Bimbingan Rakan Sebaya Terhadap Pencapaian Matematik Pelajar di Sekolah Menengah
Abstract
Matematik merupakan satu mata pelajaran yang menyeronokkan untuk dipelajari kerana mempunyai prosedur serta konsep yang konsisten dan tetap. Matematik merupakan mata pelajaran teras di sekolah. Walau bagaimanapun subjek matematik sering dianggap sukar dan rumit. Hal ini, mungkin disebabkan oleh gaya pembelajaran seseorang pelajar. Gaya pembelajaran yang berkesan boleh membantu pelajar memperoleh keputusan yang cemerlang. Kajian lepas menunjukkan terdapat banyak kelebihan dalam penerapan kaedah bimbingan rakan sebaya dalam pembelajaran matematik. Justeru itu, penulisan kertas konsep ini membincangkan tentang cabaran dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan rakan sebaya dalam mata pelajaran matematik serta keberkesanan bimbingan rakan sebaya dalam meningkatkan pencapaian matematik pelajar di sekolah menengah. Selain itu, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberkesanan bimbingan rakan sebaya terhadap pencapaian matematik pelajar dan strategi bagi meningkatkan keberkesanan bimbingan rakan sebaya juga akan dibincangkan dalam penulisan ini. Rumusan penulisan ini menunjukkan bahawa bimbingan rakan sebaya merupakan kaedah yang berkesan dalam meningkatkan pencapaian matematik pelajar. Penulisan ini juga akan menjadi panduan kepada pendidik dalam membantu pelajar yang memerlukan bantuan dalam matematik dan seterusnya membantu pendidik merancang strategi pengajaran matematik yang efektif di sekolah menengah.
