Meningkatkan Pengetahuan Teknologi Kandungan (TCK) Guru Dengan Membina dan Melaksanakan Manual Liveworksheets Dalam Talian

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran konvensional telah beralih kepada pembelajaran maya memerlukan amalan profesional dan kompetensi Teknologi Maklumat dan Komunikasi (TMK) guru yang tinggi. Justeru, kajian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Pengetahuan Teknologi Kandungan (TCK) guru melalui pembangunan dan pelaksanaan manual Liveworksheets secara dalam talian. Kajian ini mengaplikasikan pendekatan penyelidikan reka bentuk dan pembangunan. Peserta kajian terdiri daripada tiga orang guru sekolah rendah di daerah Tuaran, Sabah. Selain itu, kajian ini turut menggunakan Model kerangka Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK), Teori Pembelajaran Berasaskan Pengalaman (Experiential Learning Theory) dan Pendekatan Pembelajaran Masteri (Mastery Learning Approach) dalam pembangunan Manual Liveworksheets. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa terdapat peningkatan kompetensi TCK dalam kalangan guru sebelum dan selepas Manual Liveworksheets dilaksanakan. Kajian ini mencadangkan pihak sekolah menyediakan latihan berterusan kepada guru dalam usaha meningkatkan kompetensi TCK guru.
