Pembelajaran Teradun sebagai Pendekatan Alternatif dalam Era Pasca Pandemik di Institusi Pengajian Tinggi

Abstract

Peralihan daripada pembelajaran konvensional kepada pembelajaran dalam talian telah menjadi isu kepada penyedia pendidikan terutamanya institusi pengajian tinggi (IPT), pensyarah dan pelajar. Oleh itu, penyedia pendidikan mengenal pasti pembelajaran teradun sebagai pendekatan alternatif yang lebih berkesan bagi memastikan kelangsungan aktiviti pembelajaran dan pengajaran (PdP) semasa pandemik serta untuk mengatasi isu pembelajaran dalam talian. Pembelajaran teradun diakui berkesan semasa pelaksanaannya di era pandemik. Justeru, ahli akademik berpendapat pembelajaran teradun berpotensi diaplikasikan sebagai pendekatan alternatif PdP pasca pandemik di IPT. Oleh itu, kertas konsep ini bertujuan untuk membincangkan peralihan pendidikan semasa pandemik, isu pembelajaran dalam talian dan pembelajaran teradun dari segi model-model, implementasi semasa dan keperluan perubahan kurikulum. Akhirnya daripada hasil perbincangan, disyorkan pembelajaran teradun sebagai pendekatan alternatif PdP pasca pandemik di IPT dan dicadangkan agar pada masa akan datang pendekatan pembelajaran ini ditambah baik dengan mengintergrasikan teknologi seiring dengan revolusi industri dan pendigitalan.
