Gaya Kepimpinan Dan Kepuasan Kerja Di Kalangan Guru Sepanjang Mengendalikan Pembelajaran Atas Talian Akibat Pandemik Covid-19 Di Malaysia
Abstract
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pandangan guru terhadap gaya kepimpinan yang diamalkam dan tahap kepuasan kerja di kalangan guru ketika mengendalikan pengajaran dan pembelajaran (PdP) atas talian semasa pandemik Covid-19. Seramai 102 orang guru di Pulau Pinang dipilih menggunakan teknik persampelan rawak mudah sebagai responden dalam kajian ini. Data dikumpul melalui kaedah kuantitatif melalui borang soal selidik berdasarkan lima skala likert. Hasil dapatan kajian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif yang terdiri daripada nilai min dan sisihan piawai. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa di antara ketiga-tiga gaya kepimpinan yang diamalkan, responden memberi maklum balas iaitu gaya kepimpinan transformasional berada pada tahap tinggi dengan nilai min (M=4.08), diikuti gaya kepimpinan laissez-faaire dengan nilai min (M=3.71) manakala gaya kepimpinan transaktional berada pada tahap yang sedikit kurang daripada gaya kepimpinan transformasional dan laissez-faaire. Dapatan juga menunjukkan bahawa kepuasan kerja berada pada tahap tinggi dengan nilai min (M=4.04). Dapatan kajian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan panduan kepada pihak pentadbir, guru dan juga Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia (KPM).
