Cabaran Mengaplikasi Kaedah E-Pembelajaran di Sekolah Luar Bandar Semasa Pandemik Covid-19: Dari Perspektif Guru
Abstract
The transition from the conventional learning method to the e-learning method was implemented immediately to ensure that students are not left behind in their education during the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, this study aims to identify the challenges faced by teachers in applying the e-learning method in rural schools during the Covid-19 pandemic. The findings showed that the challenges faced by teachers were economic factors, low level of teacher knowledge and skills in information and communication technology (ICT), poor internet connection, teacher job stress, students' discipline problems, and lack of support from parents in education. It is hoped that this study will help in providing information for future researchers on issues related to the challenges faced by teachers in implementing e-learning in rural schools.
