Analisis Faktor Pengesahan Instrumen Kemahiran Guru Pelatih Dalam Pentaksiran Bilik Darjah (PBD)

Abstract

Kajian ini dijalankan untuk mendapatkan eviden ciri-ciri psikometrik instrumen kemahiran guru pelatih dalam pentaksiran bilik darjah (PBD) menggunakan analisis faktor pengesahan. Seramai 565 orang guru pelatih tahun akhir program ISMP di tiga buah UA telah dipilih menggunakan teknik pensampelan rawak berkelompok. Dapatan analisis faktor pengesahan menunjukkan model pengukuran kemahiran yang telah dihipotesiskan adalah sepadan dengan data di mana nilai indeks padanan adalah memenuhi tahap minimum ditetapkan (CFI>0.9, RMSEA<0.08, dan χ2/df<5). Selain itu analisis turut menunjukkan bahawa prasyarat kesahan konvergen (nilai pemuatan faktor>0.708, nilai AVE > 0.5, dan nilai CR > 0.708) dan kesahan diskriminan (nilai korelasi antara subkonstruk adalah lebih kecil daripada nilai punca kuasa dua AVE bagi kedua-dua subkonstruk berkenaan dan tidak melebihi nilai 0.90) telah berjaya dipenuhi seterusnya memberikan indikator bahawa kesahan konstruk telah berjaya dipenuhi. Berdasarkan kepada analisis yang dijalankan, dapat disimpulkan bahawa instrumen dibina memiliki ciri-ciri psikometrik yang baik untuk mengukur tahap kemahiran guru pelatih dalam PBD.
