Keberkesanan Penggunaan Google Classroom dalam Pendidikan: Sorotan Literatur Bersistematik

Abstract

Google Classroom merupakan satu perkhidmatan web percuma yang dibangunkan oleh Google kepada sekolah-sekolah untuk mempermudahkan membuat, mengedarkan dan mengukur tugasan tanpa menggunakan kertas. Ia juga boleh digunakan dengan Google Drive, gmail dan google calendar untuk kolaborasi tugasan, komunikasi dan penjadualan. Maka, kertas ini adalah bertujuan untuk meninjau penggunaan Google Classroom dalam pendidikan dan keberkesanannya. Terdapat 31 artikel yang diterbit dari tahun 2018 hingga tahun 2020 telah diakses dari pangkalan data Ebscohost, Scopus dan Google Scholar. Sebelum memulakan tinjauan, kriteria kemasukan dan pengecualian telah dilakukan. Dari tinjauan ini, hasil dapatan menunjukkan bahawa keberkesanan penggunaan Google Classroom dalam pendidikan ialah dapat memupuk sikap berdikari atau belajar sendiri, merangsang pemikiran kritis dan kreatif, meningkatkan kemahiran mengajar atau menambahbaik pedagogi guru, mudah untuk mengakses semua bahan, meningkatkan motivasi murid untuk belajar, meningkatkan organisasi bilik darjah, menjimatkan wang dan masa, meningkatkan komunikasi, meningkatkan pemahaman murid, pembelajaran boleh dijalankan tanpa terhad pada ruang dan masa, jadikan pembelajaran lebih mudah, suasana belajar lebih relaks dan menyeronokkan, mengembangkan kemahiran menyelesaikan masalah, meningkatkan pencapaian murid dan menggalakkan penglibatkan murid yang malu dan pasif.
