PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSI TERHADAP PENGURUSAN PERUBAHAN DALAM KALANGAN PENGURUS HOSPITAL KKM

Abstract

Kecerdasan emosi pengurus hospital merupakan satu aspek penting untuk pengurus hospital memahami dengan lebih mendalam tentang kecerdasan emosi terhadap pengurusan perubahan. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan kecerdasan emosi pengurus-pengurus hospital terhadap pengurusan perubahan. Berdasarkan kajian-kajian lepas wujud hubungan signifikan kecerdasan emosi dengan pengurusan perubahan. Kajian ini adalah kajian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kaji selidik model kecerdasan emosi yang melibatkan empat dimensi iaitu kesedaran diri, pengurusan diri, kesedaran sosial dan pengurusan perhubungan. Pengurusan perubahan pula menggunakan instrument Change Facilitator Style Questionnaire (CFSQ) yang memfokuskan kepada dimensi keprihatinan kepada orang lain, kecekapan organisasi serta strategi perubahan. Seramai 170 orang responden bertugas di hospital-hospital Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia yang terlibat sebagai responden kajian. Hasil kajian analisis ini menggunakan korelasi pearson mendapati bahawa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosi pengurus terhadap pengurusan perubahan. Justeru, kajian ini diharapkan menjadi rujukan dan panduan umum kepada pengurus-pengurus hospital dalam mentadbir organisasi hospital.
