Digital Transformation and Job Performance: Unveiling Its Impact on Office Workers
Abstract
Digital transformation is reshaping the business landscape by integrating advanced technologies into organizational processes, which significantly influences employee performance. This study explores the impact of digital transformation on office workers’ job performance, focusing on advanced technologies, automation, and employee competencies. Data were collected from 146 office workers using a structured survey to ensure a quantitative approach. The results indicate that digital transformation positively affects job performance, with office workers reporting increased efficiency, productivity, and satisfaction. Employee competencies in adapting to new technologies also played a key role in enhancing performance. Future research may delve deeper into specific technologies like artificial intelligence and examine their effects across various industries to gain broader insights.
