Research on the Impact of Modern Information Technology on the Accounting Industry
Abstract
Modern information technology, represented by computer and network technology, as well as modern communication technology, is the leading field of contemporary scientific and technological development. It is moving forward at a speed that no other technology has ever experienced, and is intervening in all aspects of society with a depth and breadth that no other technology has ever experienced. The rapidly developing modern information technology has pushed the accounting industry into a new era, making it increasingly intelligent and data-driven. The application of data processing technology and computer network technology in the accounting industry has had a profound impact on the accounting industry. This article conducts a simple research and analysis on the impact of modern information technology on the accounting industry, and analyzes the impact of modern information technology on accounting processes, accounting reports, and accounting personnel from multiple aspects. This article not only elaborates on the positive impact of modern information technology on the accounting industry, but also elaborates on the shortcomings of current modern information technology.
