Examining Customer Satisfaction on Electronic Tablet Based Menu in Restaurants
Abstract
Food and beverage industry has been experiencing the innovation of technology to uphold its service quality for decades especially after pandemic. Technology adoption can be seen leading beneficial consequences on operation performance. This paper examine the customer satisfaction on electronic-tablet-based menu in restaurants. This study offers better understanding of the usage of technology nowadays in order to perceive a better customer service. Secondary data has been adopted to examine customer satisfaction with regards to Electronic Tablet Based Menu in restaurants. Findings indicated that electronic tablet based menu impacting customer satisfaction and there are several advantages and benefits with regards to electronic tablet based menu that influence customer satisfaction. Suggestions for future research were detail out to expand the topic further.
