Abstract

Deep integration of industry and education requires vocational colleges to focus on the practical value of talent, ensuring that the individuals they cultivate can perform effectively in their respective industries and quickly adapt to the professional environment. To achieve this goal, vocational colleges should optimize their internal programs in accordance with regional industrial development and actively cooperate with external enterprises to form a synergistic partnership. In practice, it is necessary to precisely target talent cultivation goals, innovate resource allocation for industry-education integration, fully implement the "1+X" certificate model, and establish a comprehensive talent evaluation system. Specifically for the textile and garment industry, vocational colleges should adjust their curriculum based on industry needs, establish joint training bases, invite industry experts to teach, undertake joint research projects, and create diverse teaching teams, thereby ensuring a seamless connection between talent cultivation and industry demands.
