Impak Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Berasaskan Kes (CBL) Terhadap Pembelajaran Murid: Tinjauan Bersistematik

Abstract

Case Based Learning” (CBL) merupakan salah satu pendekatan berpusatkan pelajar yang memfokuskan kepada kemahiran pelbagai seperti pemikiran kritis, kolaborasi, penyelesaian masalah dan penilaian kendiri. Keperluan menganalisis impak pendekatan CBL yang diaplikasikan terhadap pelajar adalah penting bagi melihat sejauh mana keberkesanan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran (PdP). Meskipun CBL telah lama diperkenalkan, terdapat segelintir guru masih mengamalkan pengajaran secara pengkuliahan semasa proses pengajaran atas faktor masa yang terhad dan terikat dengan sistem peperiksaan. Justeru, kajian ini dilaksanakan untuk menganalisis impak CBL secara komprehensif dalam proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran (PdP) melalui tinjauan sistematik kajian lepas dan mendirikan kerangka konseptual berdasarkan analisis yang dilaksanakan. Empat pangkalan data iaitu Scopus, Web of Science (WOS), ERIC dan EBSCOhost telah digunakan untuk mengenalpasti artikel berkaitan dari tahun 2019-2023. Kata kunci seperti “impact”, “case-based”, “learning process” digunakan untuk menyempurnakan carian dan memastikan kajian-kajian yang relevan dimasukkan. Kajian penyelidikan kualitatif dan kuantitatif turut dipertimbangkan dalam kajian ini. Sebanyak 362 artikel dengan kata kunci pembelajaran berasaskan kes telah dijumpai dan hanya 23 sahaja artikel yang dianalisis selepas proses saringan dijalankan. Dapatan analisis menunjukkan bahawa kajian pembelajaran berasaskan kes adalah antara kajian yang banyak dijalankan dalam Bidang Sains terutama dalam subjek Biologi dan Perubatan berbanding Bidang Sains Sosial. Selain itu, instrumen kajian yang kerap digunakan oleh para pengkaji lepas adalah instrumen kuantitatif diikuti, gabungan dan kualitatif. Impak pelaksanaan pembelajaran berasaskan kes yang dapat dinilai termasuklah kecekapan pelajar dalam menganalisis, menilai dan mencipta idea dalam menyelesaikan masalah, penglibatan secara dua hala yang menyumbang kepada keinginan dan semangat pelajar untuk menerusi proses PdP. Kesannya, pencapaian akademik pelajar yang dinilai dengan markah ujian yang diambil juga meningkat. Oleh itu kajian SLR ini membantu pelaksana dasar iaitu guru untuk memperhebatkan CBL sebagai proses pengajaran yang berkesan seterusnya kepada pengkaji akan datang untuk menjalankan jurang kajian SLR ini daripada perspektif limitasi pelaksanaan CBL.
