Abstract

Abstract: This study investigates the usefulness of Dance/Movement Therapy (DMT) in improving the self-efficacy of participants. It also examines the impact of DMT on individuals' physical and mental well-being in educational environments. The research methodology involves a thorough systematic literature review using the Web of Science database. From a theoretical perspective, this study aims to address the lack of research on the efficacy of DMT in educational environments by offering systematic data to validate the use of DMT in education. Additionally, the findings can serve as helpful references for educators and policymakers, enabling them to understand and effectively utilize DMT to improve participants' mental health and academic performance. This study aims to establish the methodology review and offer practical recommendations for future empirical research to advance the utilization and advancement of DMT in educational situations.
