Research on Digital Transformation of Human Resource Management

Abstract

In recent years, with the continuous development of science and technology, enterprises can make better use of digital tools to assist internal reform, improve the efficiency of enterprise operation, and promote the long-term development of enterprises. Human resource management department is an important part of the enterprise. In recent years, the competition in the talent market has become increasingly fierce, and enterprises have begun to try to improve the ways and methods of human resource management and carry out the digital transformation of human resource management. This paper introduces the concept of human resource digital management, analyzes the reasons of human resource management digital transformation from three aspects: external economic environment, enterprise internal environment and the advantages of digital transformation. The methods of digital transformation of human resource management are analyzed from three aspects: technology, business process and thinking. Finally, the paper briefly discusses the problems that enterprises may face in the digital transformation of human resource management.
