Integrating SECI Model and Workplace Resilience Frameworks: A Unified Framework for Building Asnaf Entrepreneurs’ Resilience
Abstract
This paper introduces a novel knowledge-based framework for resilience, combining the SECI model with the Workplace Resilience Framework. This framework aims to facilitate the collection and conversion of tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge, particularly focusing on Asnaf entrepreneur's resilience. While explicit knowledge can be obtained from existing documents, tacit knowledge, deeply rooted in the minds of Asnaf entrepreneurs, poses a challenge to extraction. The framework provides a structured approach to gathering relevant tacit knowledge from Asnaf entrepreneurs, enhancing the existing body of explicit knowledge and contributing to a deeper understanding of Asnaf entrepreneurs' resilience.
