ICELAM is an international conference that focuses on the latest advancements and knowledge sharing in the field of educational leadership and management. Initially known as the Regional Conference on Educational Leadership and Management (RCELAM), it has been organized by IAB biennially since 2009.

The primary objective of organizing the 3rd ICELAM conference is to align with the goals presented by the United Nations (UN). These goals are known as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), a comprehensive set of 17 global goals established by the UN in 2015.
