Pengetahuan Teknologi Pedagogi Kandungan Guru Matematik Sekolah Menengah dalam Pengajaran Pendidikan Kewangan
Abstract
Pengetahuan teknologi (PT) dan pengetahuan kandungan (PK) merupakan kemahiran asas kepada pembentukan pengetahuan teknologi pedagogi kandungan (PTPK) yang perlu dikuasai oleh guru matematik untuk mengajar pendidikan kewangan dalam subjek matematik melalui pengintegrasian sumber teknologi. Secara umumnya, kajian-kajian lepas memfokuskan kepada PTPK guru matematik dan jenis sumber teknologi dalam pengajaran konteks matematik. Oleh itu, kajian ini adalah untuk mengenal pasti dengan lebih lanjut tentang tahap PTPK guru matematik dan jenis pengintegrasian sumber teknologi khususnya untuk mengajar pendidikan kewangan. Kajian tinjauan telah dijalankan untuk mengumpul data daripada 52 responden dari 7 buah sekolah menengah di daerah Miri, Sarawak, Malaysia melalui soal selidik secara dalam talian. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa tahap PT dan PK guru matematik berada pada aras sederhana. PT dan PK guru yang kurang mencukupi dalam topik khusus iaitu insurans dan percukaian memberi kesan negatif kepada kemahiran PTPK guru. Didapati bahawa guru kurang menggunakan sumber teknologi yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan kewangan seperti perisian atau aplikasi literasi kewangan, laman web kewangan dan permainan literasi kewangan dalam proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran (PdP). Kajian ini memberi implikasi kepada kesedaran kepada guru matematik dan pihak pelaksana tentang kepentingan menguasai kemahiran PTPK mengajar pendidikan kewangan. Cadangan kaedah kualitatif diperuntukkan agar amalan pengintegrasian teknologi dan PTPK guru matematik diterokai dengan lebih mendalam dalam pengajaran pendidikan kewangan.
