Analysis of Growth, Contribution and Effectiveness of Public Services Retributions in Pangkalpinang City
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the growth, contribution, and effectiveness of public service charges. The object of this research is Pangkalpinang City. The research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The types of data in this study are quantitative data and qualitative data. At the same time, the data collection technique is done using Interviews / Interviews, Observation / Observation. This study uses qualitative data analysis. This study's data is SWOT analyzed (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats).
