Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Article Format

Language: English or Malay

Abstract : Compulsory in English.

The length and format papers: Total words in the papers between 3000-6000 words including title, abstract, writing text, tables and references.

Document Format : Microsoft Word

Font :Bookman Old Style Font Size : 12 point

Page set-up : A4 size and potrait orientation. Margins : top 1”, bottom 1”, left 1.25”, right 1.0”. Use gutter 0.0”, header 0.5”, footer 0.5”

Line spacing : Single line spacing

Title of the article/manuscipt : Font Size 14, Bookman Old Style, BOLD


Has the author's name, institution and e-mail the author can be contacted (12 PT, Bookman Old Style).


Abstract:

Abstract format: Bookman Old Style (10 PT,: Bookman Old Style). Each abstract should not exceed 250 words and key words (maximum 3 words), single spacing line, justified.
